This is a tailored buyers agent service with special rates for a very discrete purchaser in the Newcastle or Port Stephens region. Minimum purchase price $5,000,000.

Full Service Buyers Agent

Search, negotiation, advice, execution. The main service AcquiredHQ offers as professional buyers agents. Only undertaken within the Newcastle, Port Stephens, Lake Macquarie & Hunter Valley regions.

Negotiation Only

Buyer agent service limited to three properties that you have found yourself. Includes general due-diligence and full negotiation as well as physical inspection.

Property DD Report

This is a “Buyer Agent report” based and paid per property on a property that you have sourced yourself in our local areas that we deal with, that you want the Buyer Agent opinion on the pros and cons.

Final Inspection Attendance

Our final inspection attendance service is a walk through of your property, inspecting for any damage that may have occured since your purchase date.
